Notes:
	Spellcasting at level 1 seems important as they need cantrips due to their stat requirements
	Infuse Item is a core mechanic so it shouldn't be later than level 2 and it shouldn't be bundled with Spellcasting
	Because of the above two I think Subclass must stay at level 3
